Werum America's Management Team Complete:
New Executive to Direct Parsippany, New Jersey Offices

Parsippany, NJ - September 15, 2008 - Werum Software & Systems, the world's leading provider of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) for the pharmaceutical and bio-pharmaceutical industries, announces the appointment of Ernst Felker to manage Werum's Parsippany, New Jersey offices; the promotion of Christian Fortunel to manage Werum's new Cary, North Carolina offices; and the appointment of Marc Puich to manage Werum's new Pasadena, California offices. These appointments complete Werum America's senior executive management team and establish leadership in all of Werum's U.S. offices. In addition, Jude Andrade has been promoted to new Director of Marketing and Sales in the U.S.
Ernst Felker was recently appointed as Senior Vice President of Operations at Werum's U.S. headquarters in Parsippany, New Jersey. He will be responsible for growing and managing Werum's U.S. operations, streamlining and improving all internal processes and enhancing the quality of service across the company. Prior to his appointment at Werum, Mr. Felker worked for ten years as a senior executive at Uhlmann Packaging Systems LP, a global leader in pharmaceutical packaging.
Christian Fortunel, previously Werum's Vice President of Consulting and Operations in the U.S., was recently promoted to Senior Vice President of Consulting and has been appointed to manage Werum's Cary, North Carolina office. Mr. Fortunel is responsible for identifying and hiring new young talents, managing the consultancy business, high level management consulting and project justification.
Marc Puich has been appointed the Vice President of MES Program Management in Werum's Pasadena, California office. His responsibilities include managing Werum's Pasadena office, directing large scale MES programs for clients, and supporting Werum's growing roster of clients in California and the Western U.S. Mr. Puich came to Werum with over ten years of consulting experience as a partner focused on the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors with Tefen USA, a leading operations management consulting firm.
Jude Andrade, with Werum since 2006, has been promoted to Director of Sales and Marketing for Werum's U.S. operations headquartered in Parsippany, New Jersey. His responsibilities include management of key accounts, project acquisitions, contract negotiations, and supervising and training the local sales force.
